Analiza y compara las Políticas de Promoción y Desarrollo de la Mujer y la de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional con leyes del país: Constitución Política de la República y losAcuerdos de Paz; también con la política de Derechos Humanos en el campo de la Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional, para conocer puntos en común y determinar correspondencias entre estos documentos. La investigación es de grupo intacto, con carácter analítico, comparativo y documental. Concluye que la Constitución Política de la República y Acuerdos de Paz contemplan de prioridad nacional la Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional del país, sin embargo la prevalencia de desnutrición crónica es alta, por lo que considera necesario actualizar las políticas de estado de acuerdo al momento histórico. --
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the promotion of women, Food and Nutrition Security Policy, promotion and development of women policy with the country´s laws: the Constitution, Peace agreements and the Human Right policy. The study will help to establish correspondence among the foremention documents. The research is analytical, comparative and documentary character. Among the most outstanding results is a high correspondence in the comparative analysis of the Food and Nutrition Security Policy and the Constitution of the Republic, the Peace agreements and the Human Rights Policy. From the results it is concluded that both, the Constitution of the Republic and the Peace Agreements considered important the Food and Nutrition Security in the country, but the prevalence of chronic malnutrition is high. It is considered necessary to update the state policies in accordance to the historic moment. --
